Janela Plural is ATENAS.ag’s platform dedicated to advancing equity, diversity, and sustainability both within and beyond the agency. More than a project, it represents a long-term commitment to building a plural, inclusive, and transformative approach to communication.

With 80% of its board composed of women leaders and 70% of its team made up of women, ATENAS.ag is driven by those who make a difference every day. In addition, 45% of its employees identify as Black or Brown, and 40% are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, reflecting the diversity that fuels our ideas and actions.
