With 80% of its board composed of women leaders and 70% of its team made up of women, ATENAS.ag is driven by those who make a difference every day. In addition, 45% of its employees identify as Black or Brown, and 40% are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, reflecting the diversity that fuels our ideas and actions.
