ATENAS.ag was founded in Salvador, Bahia, with a clear belief: communication becomes powerful when it turns into experience. CEO & FOUNDER
Denise leads ATENAS.ag’ business strategy, driving growth, positioning and value creation for brands.
She connects executive vision and creative direction to turn culture, emotion and technology into relevant, proprietary experiences. In 2025, led the agency’s strategic repositioning, consolidating the Branding Experience concept and achieving the WME EQUAL Seal. Represents ATENAS.ag at national and international forums, including the Women in Tech Summit 2025, in Portugal.
Quércia Andrade
CO-CEO & FOUNDER
Advertising professional with a background in Marketing, Branding, and ESG, Quércia is Co-CEO & Founder of ATENAS.ag. She plays a key role in the agency’s international expansion, marketing, positioning and corporate culture, and is also the creator of Janela Plural, a platform focused on ethnic-racial equity, gender, sexuality and sustainability. In 2024, the Co-CEO contributed to award-winning projects that expanded the agency’s national and international recognition, including the BEA – Best Event Awards. In 2025, she led the consolidation of ATENAS.ag’ diversity and sustainability agenda, resulting in the WME EQUAL Seal and Great Place to Work certification, while representing the agency at the Women in Tech Summit 2025, in Portugal.
Miucha Benetti
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Miucha leads planning, execution and operational efficiency with a 360° vision and a results-driven mindset. She oversees large-scale teams and complex operations, ensuring pace, quality and consistency across high-impact projects, bringing strong expertise in strategic planning, production governance and excellence in delivering brand experiences.
Lu Mônaco
HEAD OF CREATIVE
Lu leads concept, narrative and creative execution for brand experiences, blending aesthetic sensibility with strategic thinking. She directs multidisciplinary teams and high-impact campaigns for global brands, earning national and international recognition and elevating creative language and innovation to ensure consistency, relevance and competitive differentiation.
Vinícius Lotti
HEAD OF STRATEGY
Works across brand strategy, positioning, and experience architecture, connecting strategy, creativity, and business results. With an international career, he has earned recognition at major industry awards, such as Ampro Globes, FIP Cannes and BEA Awards, and served as a juror for Effie Brasil, Effie Latin America and Ampro Globes.
Bruna Reti
HEAD OF ACCOUNT SERVICES & BUSINESS
Leads client relationships and end-to-end project management, connecting strategy, operations, and expectations. She focuses on business development, performance, leadership, and process management, ensuring delivery excellence and operational fluidity. She also builds long-term partnerships through a consultative approach, execution discipline, and a strong growth-oriented mindset.

HEAD OF ACCOUNT SERVICES & BUSINESS
Renada focuses on growth, relationship-building, and the development of strategic partnerships through a consultative approach. Driven by curiosity and active listening, she tracks behavioral shifts and evolving consumer–brand relationships to identify opportunities with greater precision. She strengthens long-term connections through commercial consistency, collaboration, and a strong focus on delivering value to clients.
Soraia Zilocchi
HEAD OF PRODUCTION
Soraia leads production with a strong focus on planning, governance, and operational excellence. She oversees complex, large-scale projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and execution efficiency with a high level of predictability. She also supports teams and processes through a continuous improvement mindset, reinforcing consistency, productivity, and delivery robustness.
Felipe Glycerio
HEAD OF FINANCIAL & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Felipe leads financial planning, control, and governance, supporting strategic decision-making and long-term business sustainability. He brings strong expertise in financial, accounting, and tax management within the live marketing industry, ensuring efficiency, predictability, and compliance. He also structures routines, KPIs, and control frameworks that enable secure growth with clarity and reliability in financial performance.

HEAD OF PEOPLE & CULTURE
Paola leads people strategy aligned with performance and organizational culture, strengthening teams and leadership development. She has strong expertise in talent attraction, hiring, and team management, with a focus on growth, engagement, and leadership rituals. She also contributes to building work environments recognized by Great Place to Work certification, with seals awarded in 2016 and 2025.
Ana Carla Alves
Head of International Business (Europe)
Ana Carla is a strategic leader in digital transformation, business management, and international expansion, with experience across Europe, Latin America, and Lusophone Africa. She leads innovation and growth initiatives and coordinates complex ecosystems involving SAP, Salesforce, Celonis and AWS. As Head of Business in Europe, she drives internationalization fronts and market expansion strategies. She is a recognized reference in gender equity and female leadership, acting as Board Member and Country Leader of Women in Tech Portugal, City Chair of the G100, and President of the Equity and Inclusion Board at TechID by ISEL—expanding opportunities across the CPLP ecosystem and fostering more diverse and innovative environments.
