ATENAS.ag was founded in Salvador, Bahia, with the purpose of transforming communication into experience. From the very beginning, we have believed that brands do not live only through messages, but through stories capable of generating authentic conversations and lasting connections.
Intelligence that comes from a diverse team, from a history that has already traveled across every corner of Brazil, and that has taken experiences to all types of environments, clients, and fronts.

DENISE GARRIDO
CEO AND FOUNDER
Leads the business strategy with a focus on growth, positioning, and value creation for brands. Connects executive vision and creative direction to transform culture, emotion, and technology into proprietary and relevant experiences. In 2025, led the strategic repositioning, consolidating the branding experience concept and the achievement of the WME EQUAL Seal. Represents the agency at national and international forums, such as the Women in Tech Summit 2025, in Portugal.
Quércia Andrade
CO-CEO AND FOUNDER
Advertising professional graduated from UNIFACS, with specializations in Marketing, Branding, and ESG, Quércia Andrade is Co-CEO of ATENAS.ag, an agency that completes 18 years in the market in 2025. She works in the agency’s international expansion strategy, marketing, positioning, and corporate culture, in addition to being the creator of the Janela Plural platform, focused on ethnic-racial equity, gender, sexuality, and sustainability.
In 2024, she contributed to winning awards that projected the agency nationally and internationally, including the BEA – Best Event Awards, considered the “Oscar of Live Marketing.” In 2025, she led the consolidation of the diversity and sustainability agenda, which earned the agency the WME Equal Seal and Great Place to Work certification, in addition to representing ATENAS.ag at the Women in Tech Summit 2025, in Portugal, where she presented cases that connect technology and brand experience.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Connects planning, execution, and operational efficiency with a 360° vision and results-driven management. Leads large-scale teams and operations, ensuring pace, quality, and delivery consistency in highly complex projects. Works with strong expertise in strategic planning, production governance, and excellence in the execution of brand experiences.

HEAD OF CREATIVE
Leads concept, narrative, and creative execution of brand experiences with an aesthetic and strategic vision. Leads multidisciplinary teams and directs high-impact campaigns and projects for global brands, with national and international recognition. Works to strengthen language, repertoire, and creative innovation to ensure consistency and competitive differentiation.
Vinícius Lotti
HEAD OF STRATEGY
Works across brand strategy, positioning, and experience architecture, connecting strategy, creativity, and business results. With an international career, has been recognized by awards such as Ampro Globes Awards, FIP, Cannes, and BEA Awards, bringing an integrated view of brand, culture, and performance. Has also served as a juror for awards including Effie Brasil, Effie LatAm, and Ampro Globes Awards, contributing to the development of the industry.

Leads innovation and growth initiatives, with strong expertise in coordinating complex ecosystems including SAP, Salesforce, Celonis, and AWS.
Serves as Head of Business in Europe, leading internationalization fronts and market expansion strategies. A recognized reference in gender equity and female leadership, acting as Board Member and Country Leader of Women in Tech Portugal, City Chair of the G100, and President of the Equity and Inclusion Board at TechID by ISEL—expanding opportunities across the CPLP ecosystem and strengthening more diverse and innovative environments.
