São Paulo, July 2025 – ATENAS.ag has been certified by Great Place to Work, an initiative that recognizes companies with high standards in organizational climate, internal culture, and people management. The certification is based on an independent survey conducted directly with employees, who evaluate the company they are part of. 

At ATENAS.ag, freedom of gender, race, and individual expression is a core value reflected in everyday practice — not just in discourse. According to the results of the GPTW survey, employees highlighted respect among colleagues, strong relationships between teams, and trust in leadership as the agency’s main strengths. Physical and psychological safety in the workplace, as well as a strong sense of individual freedom in daily activities, were also frequently mentioned. 

With a people-centered approach focused on well-being, the People & Culture area — led by Director Paola Bastos — has been structuring practices that strengthen connections, promote active listening, and encourage diversity. The Great Place to Work certification is the result of this ongoing work, built with care, strategy, and consistency.
